Guests pick up their keys from Falkensteinstraße 24, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen, located 3 km from Farchanter Alm. This is not the location of the booked apartment. The address and travel directions for the booked apartment will be provided on arrival.
Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Farchanter Alm. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.
No creditcards accepted, only cash
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
